When the disk space where ScanMail is installed is full, you can no longer start the SMEX Master server even if you already free up some disk space.
This issue can happen when the VSAPI32xxxxxxxxxx.dll file is corrupted and is unable to replace itself.
To fix the issue:
  1. Go to the SMEX\Engine\Emanager folder.
  2. Rename the VSAPI32xxxxxxxxxx.dll" file to "_VSAPI32xxxxxxxxxx.dll".
  3. Start the ScanMail for Microsoft Exchange Master Service. The file should be automatically recreated.
