To look for the Deep Security activation code, do any of the following options:
Option 1: Using the Deep Security Manager console
- Using a web browser, go to the following URL to open the Deep Security Manager (DSM) console:
https://<servername/ip>:4119/
- Enter your username and password and then click the Sign In button.
- On the product dashboard, go to Administration > Licenses.
Option 2: Using the Customer Licensing Portal (CLP)
- Open a web browser and go to CLP.
- Enter your Trend Micro Account and Password, and then click the Sign In button.
If you have forgotten your Logon ID and Password, contact Trend Micro Technical Support and provide the following details:
- Account number (if any)
- Company Name
- Customer Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- License Certificate (if you want to change the email address in the your account)
- Open the Deep Security Manager console.
- Go to the Computers tab.
- Search for the computer or virtual appliance, and then double-click its name.
- Click the Actions tab.
- Find the version under the Agent Softwaresection.
Alternatively, you can also check the Deep Security Agent version using command prompt.
To check the license:
- Log in to Deep Security as a Service.
- At the upper-right corner, click your account name.
- Select Account Details. The pop-up window will show the activation code.

Deep Security 11.0 and above
- On the Deep Security Manager console, go to the Administration tab.
- Under Updates > Relay Management Group, look for the name of your relay group.
- Expand the button to show the member(s) of the relay group and corresponding version.
Deep Security 10.0 and below
- On the Deep Security Manager console, go to the Administration tab.
- Under Updates > Relay Groups, double-click the name of your relay group and take note of the hostname/IP of the member(s).
- Click the Computers tab and search for the hostname/IP.
- Double-click the computer editor of the relay group member.
- Click Actions tab.
- Check the version under Agent Softwaresection.
Deep Security versions 9.6 and above do not have engine on iAU. Every engine update needs a software update so checking the engine version is not available from the Deep Security Manager console.
- Go to the Deep Security Manager (DSM) console.
- Navigate to Administration > Updates > Security.
- Click Patterns to see the current pattern file versions.
