Below are instructions on how to find product information for IWSS or IWSVA:

If you are using IWSS:

  1. Launch the management console. Using a web browser, access the following URL:

    http://<IWSS_server_name>:1812

  2. Enter your username and password, and then click the Log On button.

  3. Go to Administration > Product License.

If you are using IWSVA:

  1. Launch the management console by entering the following URL in a web browser:

    • Before IWSVA 6.5 SP1: http://<IWSVA_server_name or IP_address>:1812
    • After IWSVA 6.5 SP1 (included): https://<IWSVA_server_name or IP_address>:8443

  2. Enter your user name and password, and then click the Log On button.

  3. Go to Administration > Product License.

  1. Launch the IWSVA management console.
  2. Enter the username and password then press Enter. The IWSVA management console will appear.

  3. To view the product version information, go to the Administration > System Updates and you can check the Current IWSVA Information.

  3. To view the pattern and engine information, click Updates > Manual from the left menu on the main page.
