You need to restart the shared drive computer to be able to access it again.

To resolve the issue:

  1. Log on to the WFBS-SVC console.
  2. Click Security Agents, select the group of the affected computer.
  3. Click Configure Policy > Scan Settings.
  4. Under Real-Time Scan, Click Configure Settings.
  5. Go to Target > Scan Settings and under User activity on files, select Created, modified, or retrieved.

  6. Under Advanced Settings, uncheck Scan mapped drives and shared folders on the network.
