To disable the DLP Service:
- Log on to the OfficeScan management console.
- Do the following:
- OfficeScan 10.6: Go to Networked Computers > Client Management and then select the domain/client.
- OfficeScan 11.0 and XG: Go to Agent > Agent Management and select the domain/client. Click Settings > Additional Service Settings.
- Under Data Protection Service, deselect the Enable service on the following operating systems check box.
- Click Save.
