To disable the DLP Service:

  1. Log on to the OfficeScan management console.
  2. Do the following:
    • OfficeScan 10.6: Go to Networked Computers > Client Management and then select the domain/client.
    • OfficeScan 11.0 and XG: Go to Agent > Agent Management and select the domain/client. Click Settings > Additional Service Settings.
  3. Under Data Protection Service, deselect the Enable service on the following operating systems check box.
  4. Click Save.
