To optimize the TMCM and OfficeScan synchronization:

  1. Navigate to {OfficeScan installation folder}\PCCSRV\CmAgent\, and open the Agent.ini file using a text editor like Notepad.
  2. Under the [Network] section, edit the following parameter:

    HttpTimeoutSec=300

  3. Save and close the file.
  4. Go to {OfficeScan installation folder}\PCCSRV\CmAgent\, and open the Product.ini file using a text editor like Notepad.
  5. Under [Configure] section, edit the following parameters:

    ClientInfoPollingInterval= 600
    BatchedClientStatusCommandSize=50
    BatchedClientSize=50

  6. Save and close the file.
  7. Restart the Officescan Control Manager agent service.
 
Customers need a way to deploy the new settings on multiple servers.
