- Open the Registry Editor.
Always back up the whole registry before making any modifications. Incorrect changes to the registry can cause serious system problems.
- Change the value of the following registry key to "1":
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\TrendMicro\OfficeScan\service\ AoS\OSCE_Addon_Service_CompList_Language
- Close the Registry Editor.
- Restart the OfficeScan Plug-in Manager service.
- After downloading and installing the English Plug-in Service, change the key back to your language ID. Perform Steps 2 to 5.
