To simplify the repetitive task of exporting the exclusion lists, enable the Export Scan Exclusions button.

  1. Stop the OfficeScan Master Service in the Windows Services MMC.
    1. Click Start > Run.
    2. Type services.msc and then click OK. The Windows Services Microsoft Management Console (MMC) opens.
    3. Locate the OfficeScan/Apex One Master Service.
    4. Right-click the service, then select Stop.
  2. Open Windows Explorer and go to the C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Officescan\PCCSRV\Private folder.
  3. Create a backup copy of the ofcserver.ini file. 
  4. Open the ofcserver.ini file in the ..\Private folder using a text editor (e.g. Notepad).
  5. Add the following entries under the [INI_SERVER_SECTION]:
    EnableExportExclusionInformation=1
    EnableDisplayClientExclusionInformation=1
    EnableDisplayManualScanExclusionSetting=1
    EnableDisplayRealTimeScanExclusionSetting=1
    EnableDisplayScheduledScanExclusionSetting=1
    EnableDisplayScanNowExclusionSetting=1
    
  6. In the Windows Services MMC, start the OfficeScan/Apex One Master Service.
  7. Log on to the OfficeScan or Apex One web console, and navigate to Agents > Agent Management.

    The Export Scan Exclusions option should now appear.
