To simplify the repetitive task of exporting the exclusion lists, enable the Export Scan Exclusions button.
- Stop the OfficeScan Master Service in the Windows Services MMC.
- Click Start > Run.
- Type services.msc and then click OK. The Windows Services Microsoft Management Console (MMC) opens.
- Locate the OfficeScan/Apex One Master Service.
- Right-click the service, then select Stop.
- Open Windows Explorer and go to the C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Officescan\PCCSRV\Private folder.
- Create a backup copy of the ofcserver.ini file.
- Open the ofcserver.ini file in the ..\Private folder using a text editor (e.g. Notepad).
- Add the following entries under the [INI_SERVER_SECTION]:
EnableExportExclusionInformation=1 EnableDisplayClientExclusionInformation=1 EnableDisplayManualScanExclusionSetting=1 EnableDisplayRealTimeScanExclusionSetting=1 EnableDisplayScheduledScanExclusionSetting=1 EnableDisplayScanNowExclusionSetting=1
- In the Windows Services MMC, start the OfficeScan/Apex One Master Service.
- Log on to the OfficeScan or Apex One web console, and navigate to Agents > Agent Management.
The Export Scan Exclusions option should now appear.
