To resolve this issue:

  1. Log on to the Deep Security Manager (DSM) and deactivate the DSA.
  2. Stop the DSA Service on the virtual machine.
  3. Delete the following file types from the VM (C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Deep Security Agent\):
    • *.crt
    • *.ini
    • *.db
  4. Move the virtual machine.
  5. Start the DSA Service.
  6. Activate the DSA via the DSM.
