To manually download the plug-in:
- Please check the following registry key first:

"Status"="7"If the Status is not 7, reinstall Plug-In Manager (PLM):
- Uninstall PLM:
- In HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall{5DB0ECA1-4C56-488B-9BF1-FB300D9E1F54}, find the key SystemComponent and then edit its value to "0".
- Uninstall OfficeScan Plug-in Manager in Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features.
- Install PLM.
The PLM installer is located at PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\PLM\ on Apex One server and the file name is PLMSetup.exe. Double-click this installer. - Reboot the machine.
- Make sure PLM was installed successfully by checking Logs > Server update.
- Uninstall PLM:

If you don't have PLM, please download the following:
- Create a sharing folder (e.g. LocalAU) for Local AU and put the downloaded files in that directory:

Apex One web console > Update > Server > Update Source > Check Intranet and set UNC path to the above sharing folder (e.g. \\HOSTNAME\LocalAU)
- Restart Apex One Plug-in Manager service.
This triggers the update of the PLM component list.
- Log in to Apex One web console and then go to Plug-ins.
- Click the Download under Apex One Data Protection.
