This issue happens when another interface is enabled with IPv6 addressing because the setup can detect all kinds of IPv6 addressing.
To resolve this issue and to use the IPv6 addressing in the Internal Network LAN Card only, you need to stop the service of the LAN card.
For example, Teredo Tunneling is enabled with full IPv6 addressing as shown below:

The Security Server will keep detecting this IPv6 address of Teredo Tunneling. In this case, you need to do the following:
  1. Disable the IPv6 addressing of Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-interface:
    1. Go to Start > Run.
    2. Type "services.msc", and then click OK. The Services console opens.
    3. Find and stop the IP Helper service.

  2. Start Security Server again to detect the correct IP addressing.
