Views:
  1. Go to ..\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV. 
  2. Find and run srvdiag.exe. WFBS Console Recovery Tool will appear.

  3. Click Check Web Server. The Switch to Apachebutton will be enabled.

  4. Click Switch to Apache. Apache installation will start and the tool will show a progress bar.

    After the Apache installation completes, you will get the following message:

    Security Server has switched to Apache

    "Security Server has switched to Apache now."

  5. Open the Security Server Console to check if migrating from Apache to IIS is successful. When you encounter any problems opening the console, provide CDT logs to Trend Micro Technical Support.
 
If you want to switch from Apache to IIS, ensure that IIS is installed on your machine before doing the steps below.
 
  1. Go to ..\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV. 
  2. Run srvdiag.exe. WFBS Console Recovery Tool will appear.

  3. Click Check Web Server.
    • If IIS is not installed, you will get the following message:

      IIS is not installed

      "Security Server is using Apache now and can not use IIS on this machine."

    • If IIS is installed, the Switch to IIS button will be enabled.
  4. Click Switch to IIS. The tool will start switching to IIS and will show a progress bar. After the process completes, you will get the following message:

    Security Server has switched to IIS

    "Security Server has switched to IIS now."

  5. Open the Security Server Console to check if migrating from Apache to IIS is successful. When you encounter any problems opening the console, provide CDT logs to Trend Micro Technical Support
