In IWSVA 6.5, we remove SSH permission for other users added from the web console for security concern. If you really need to access IWSVA CLISH via SSH, you can use the default "admin" user. This administrator has SSH permission.

In IWSVA 6.0, when you create an Admin user from the web console, you can use this user to log in to the IWSVA CLISH via SSH. However, in IWSVA 6.5, you can NOT log in to the IWSVA CLISH via SSH with the Admin user created.
