This issue occurs to partners using Licensing Management Platform (LMP) with Trend Micro Remote Manager.

To resolve the issue:

  1. Log in to the Worry-Free Business Security Services Portal using the URL and not through Trend Micro Remote Manager.
  2. Take note of the error message.

  3. In LMP, check the license status of the customer.

    The hyphen symbol means the account is not yet active. Thus, the Worry-Free Business Security Services console is not yet accessible through Trend Micro Remote Manager.
     
  4. Check the corresponding service plan of the customer.

    The screenshot shows that the Worry-Free Business Security Services account will only be fully activated on customer's initial login through Worry-Free Business Security Services link.
     

    If you performed an initial log in, the Worry-Free Business Security Services console should now be accessible via Trend Micro Remote Manager.
