The problem is caused by a corrupt installation of the Visual C++ 2005 redistributable package on your computer. To solve this:

  1. Go to Control Panel.
  2. Locate the Programs and Features section:

For Windows 2003: Click Add and Remove Programs
For Windows 2008: Click Programs > Program and Features
For Windows 2012: Click Program and Features

  3. Find the Visual C++ 2005 redistributable package from the list, right-click on it and then select Uninstall.
  4. Install TMCM once again and during the installation process, a fresh copy of the Visual C++ 2005 redistributable package will be deployed.
