Collect HAR file using Mozilla Firefox

  1. Right-click the website and select Inspect or press CTRL + SHIFT + I.
  2. Go to the Network tab.
  3. Click the Network Settings (gear icon) > Persist Logs.
  4. Reproduce the issue.
  5. Click the Network Settings (gear icon) > Save All As HAR.

  6. Save the file.
 

Collect HAR file using Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge

  1. Right-click the website and select Inspect or press CTRL + SHIFT + I.
  2. Go to the Network tab.
  3. Select Preserve log.
  4. Reproduce the issue.
  5. Click the Export HAR (downward arrow).

  6. Save the file.

Once collected, send the log files to Trend Micro Technical Support for further analysis.
