Collect HAR file using Mozilla Firefox
- Right-click the website and select Inspect or press CTRL + SHIFT + I.
- Go to the Network tab.
- Click the Network Settings (gear icon) > Persist Logs.
- Reproduce the issue.
- Click the Network Settings (gear icon) > Save All As HAR.

- Save the file.
Collect HAR file using Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge
- Right-click the website and select Inspect or press CTRL + SHIFT + I.
- Go to the Network tab.
- Select Preserve log.
- Reproduce the issue.
- Click the Export HAR (downward arrow).

- Save the file.
Once collected, send the log files to Trend Micro Technical Support for further analysis.
