To resolve the issue, the agent needs to be installed again from the WFBS-SVC portal. Do the following:

  1. Log in to the WFBS-SVC portal.
  2. Go to Security Agents and choose the group where the agent is originally located.
  3. Click +Add Security Agents.
  4. Click Install On This Endpoint.

The Security Agent will now show Online again.
