To resolve the VPN connection issue:
- Verify the VPN Gateway Address using your browser.

> - Open IWSaaS Portal and login your credentials.
- Go to Administration > PAC Files.
- Under Service Deployment, click the PAC File Name your currently using to edit the skiphost.

Add the VPN Gateway Address to skiphost and Save the settings.

Wait a few minutes for Enforcement Agent to download and update to the new PAC file.
- Log on to the VPN Portal to check if it now shows the Connected status.
