There are two ways to confirm if the firewall is installed and enabled on the Apex One clients:
- On the Apex One console, go to Agents > Agent Management. There is a column for firewall. You should see a green check for it.
- If you want to confirm it on the registry of the actual machines, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432node\TrendMicro\PC-cillinNTCorp\CurrentVersion\PFW, and look for the PFWServiceStatus key:
- If the key value is "100", then it is enabled.
- If the key value is "0", then the firewall is disabled or not running.
