Trend Micro discourages installing more than one anti-virus/anti-malware product on the same host as it will most likely introduce unexpected issues. Take note of the following:
- The administrator can uninstall the 3rd-party anti-virus/anti-malware software (in this case, Avecto) to resolve this issue.
- If for some reason this software must remain installed, try adding the Avecto software into the OSCE exclusion list:

Contact the 3rd-party software (in this case, Avecto) vendor’s support to see if any exclusions/exceptions need to be configured in the 3rd-party software.
