Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Below are the requirements that should be met before setting up SPS for AWS:
- AWS Services:
- S3 Storage: To upload SPS OVA
- EC2: Launch SPS instance
- SPS OVA
Install SPS build on VMWare and export the VM to OVA format.
- Network
Make sure the following ports are accessible:

Follow the steps below to setup SPS:
- Prepare SPS in OVA format:
- Install SPS with ISO.
- After SPS installation, run "/usr/tmcss/bin/prepare_ova.sh":
- Enable SSH.
- Skip network setting.
- After the SPS power off, export the VM as OVA format.
- Upload SPS OVA to AWS. The steps can be found in this AWS Article.
- Launch SPS OVA.
- Open the AWS EC2 web console
- Click the AMIs item on the left panel.
- Launch instance from SPS image.
- SSH to the SPS instance, and finish the OVA setting flow.
- After rebooting, the SPS is ready for use.
