Device Information

 
This section is applicable only if the Mobile Security is configured with Cloud Communication Server (CCS).
 

The device information is used for mobile device management function.

The Cloud Communication Server normally does not store any user device information. However, only in the situation where the Trend Micro Mobile Security Management Server is not accessible, the Cloud Communication Server holds the information until the Management Server is accessible again.

Mobile Device Gelolocation

 
This section is applicable only if the Mobile Security is configured with Cloud Communication Server (CCS).
 

The geolocation information is used for mobile device management function to locate the mobile device.

The Cloud Communication Server normally does not store any user device information. However, only in the situation where the Trend Micro Mobile Security Management Server is not accessible, the Cloud Communication Server holds the information until the Management Server is accessible again.
