Change the boot entry in the bios setting. Under the Hard Drive category, drive C should be the first boot item.

Save the setting and reboot the device. The boot process stops because the operating system is not found.

Boot from the Windows installation media (DVD or USB disk) then click Repair Your computer.

Click Troubleshoot.

In Advanced options, click Startup Repair. After the startup repair process is completed, the system will reboot automatically.

After Windows boot successfully, start a command prompt as an Administrator.
Run the command "bdehdcfg -target default. After the command is completed, a new system reserved partition is created in system disk. Restart the computer to apply the changes.

Configure Windows Recovery Environment.
Start a command prompt as an Administrator and run the command "reagentc /info" to query the information of Windows Recovery Environment.

If it is disabled, run the command "reagentc /enable" to enable Windows Recovery Environment.

After the Windows Recovery Environment is configured, Windows is ready for the installation of FDE.
