Trend Micro has applied the solution to address this issue during the Apex One as a Service scheduled monthly maintenance in December 2018.

If the issue still occurs in your environment, please contact Trend Micro Technical Support and provide the following information below:

  • Customer Licensing Portal (CLP) Username
  • Apex Central as a Service URL
  • Apex One as a Service URL (Information can be found under Administration > Managed Server > Server Registration)
  • Go signal for Trend Micro Support Team to access back-end server
