Trend Micro is currently working on the following solutions for compatibility on the Windows 10 May 2019 Update. Please note that these are the minimum versions of the products to officially add support. However, customers are encouraged to visit the Download Center to make sure they have the latest version available.

The availability dates below are tentative and are subject to change due to unforseen circumstances.
Please note that application of the Windows 10 May 2019 Update before the patches are available may render certain key features of your Trend Micro software inoperable or cause other unintended circumstances. Support will be limited for any issues encountered in these situations.

Trend Micro requested a Windows Update (WU) Offer Block as well as a Setup Block from Microsoft. Both methods validate driver versions before allowing the install to continue.
  • Offer Block - If you try to retrieve and apply the Windows 10 Update via Windows Update before applying the required Trend Micro Critical Patch (CP), you will not be able to obtain the update for a period of sixty (60) days from the official release of the Windows 10 Update. Please note that there will be no warning messages.
  • Setup Block - If you try to apply the Windows 10 Update via an installation package before applying the required Trend Micro Critical Patch (CP), a warning message will appear notifying you to first upgrade the Trend Micro product.
