Follow these steps:
- Run the command dsa_control -r to reset the DSA.
- Verify if dsa_agent_dsm.crt and ds_agent.config are removed in C:\ProgramData\Trend Micro\Deep Security Agent\dsa_core\.
- Use dsa_control -a dsm://new-dsm-server.domain.local:4120/ to activate the DSA against the DSM 12.0 Server. Make sure that Agent-Initiated Activation must be enabled on the new DSM.
