Do the following for the mentioned scenarios:

  • The service did not start within the specified time, it was caused by insufficient system resources.

    1. Start the master service manually.
    2. If it can be started without any problem, consider increasing system resources, for example, to increase memory.
  • The master service crashed.

    • Check the server’s application event whether it has master service crash log.
