To check your DDI version, go to Administration > Updates > Product Updates > Service Packs / Version Upgrade.

Recommendation
- If the upgrade operation is performed continuously like for example, DDI 6.0 (or 5.8)> 6.2 >6.6, do the 2nd upgrade (6.2 > 6.6) after 3 hours because of upgrading internal virtual analyzers.
- Please note that some new features as Pacp Capture (default disabled) which was introduced from DDI version 5.0 could consume more computation power and disk space.
Trend Micro recommends using that kind of feature sparingly, especially for the older hardware models, to avoid performance impact.
- Before upgrading the software, backing up DDI configurations is strongly suggested.
