To resolve this issue:
- Download the root and intermediate certificates from the following links:
- DigiCert High Assurance EV Root CA
- DigiCert High Assurance Code Signing CA-1
- VeriSign Class 3 Public Primary Certification Authority - G5
- VeriSign Universal Root Certification Authority
- DigiCert Assured ID Root CA
- DigiCert Trusted Root G4
DigiCert Trusted Root G4 is only needed for AU module version 2.86.0.1126 and above.
- Install each certificate on the affected ServerProtect server:
- Input the "mmc" in the Command Console.
- Navigate to File > Add or Remove Snap-in.
- Choose "Certificates" to add, then click computer account to finish.
- Choose "Certificates(Local Computer)", then "Trusted Root Certification Authorities".
- Right click Certificates > All Tasks > Import. Import the certificates needed. The certificate issue should be resolved at this point.
- After all the certificates are installed, verify all the ServerProtect binary signature detail information. The message "The digital signature is ok", should be seen.
- Verify if it can be downloaded successfully.
