To enable Trend Micro Vision One Remote Support, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Trend Micro Vision One Portal.

    Login

  2. On the side menu, go to Administration > Support Settings.

    Remote Support

  3. Click the toggle for Trend Micro remote support to switch it on.

  4. Once troubleshooting or log collection is completed, switch off the Trend Micro remote support.
