To use 3rd-party certificates, follow the steps below:

The following must be prepared:

  • Root Certificate of corporate CA
  • Web server certificate which signed by corporate CA

To use the 3rd-party certificate:

  1. Import the Root Certificate to Apex Central server's "Trusted Root Certificate" store.
  2. Import web server certificate to IIS of Apex Central server.

The following are required:

  • Root Certificate of corporate CA
  • Web server certificate which signed by corporate CA for Apex Central
  • Web server certificate which signed by corporate CA for Apex One

Once the above requirements are ready, contact Trend Micro Technical Support to replace the certificates on Apex One as a Service.

Customers need to prepare the following:

  • Root Certificate of corporate CA
  • Web server certificate which signed by corporate CA

To apply the 3rd-party certificate:

  1. Import Root Certificate into "Trusted Root Certificate" store on host that running Remote Connection Tool
  2. Import web server certificate to Remote Connection Tool, see detail procedure in the article below:
