These Global Outbound Policies are activated by default for all domains and they cannot be modified.
As the global policies cannot be edited, they will always have the highest priority and are applied before any other policies.
The Global Outbound Policy (Virus) prevents known viruses \ malware being sent from the TMES environment.
The Global Outbound Policy (Spam or Phish) detects any messages being sent via TMES that could be interpreted as Spam \ Phishing and directs these to a special delivery channel. This is to prevent prevent the primary TMES outbound servers from being blacklisted by third-party Real-time Blackhole Lists (RBLs).
