    • newpnt.zip to newpnt_old
    • newpx64.zip to newpx64_old
  2. Open a command line prompt with admin privilege.
  3. Change directory to "..\PCCSRV\Web\Service"
    For example: cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\Web\Service"
  4. Execute the following commands:
    • OfcHotFix.exe 6 -f -nosign
    • OfcHotFix.exe 2 -f -nosign

Running the commands mentioned above would recreate the files for newpnt and newpx64.
  5. For recreating the following installer files in the Security Server:
    • ..\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\Download\agentWin32.msi
    • ..\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\Download\agentX64.msi
Create new msi installers using client packager tool named as:
    • agentWin32.msi
    • agentX64.msi
  6. Replace the old installer files in ...\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\Download\ using the newly created .msi installers.
Verify if the issue was resolved after performing the recommended steps above:
  • The agent will have a "Your security software is getting an update" notification at least twice.
  • Once the agent was able to reload, verify the version on the "Component Version."
If issue persists, contact Trend Micro Technical Support and provide the latest upgrade logs from the affected machine located in .../Security Agent folder/Temp/Upgrade_YYYYMMDDHHMMSS.log for further analysis.
