Summary
If you need to change your Threat Management Center (TMC) password, there are two ways to do this.
- On the login page, click on "Need help signing in", and enter the required information. An email will be sent to the registered email address with a password reset link.
- Edit your profile to change the password.
This article addresses how to change your password via your profile.
Change you password
1. Go to https://clp.trendmicro.com/
2. Ensure that you are in the ‘Customer Licensing Portal’ as shown below.
3. IMPORTANT: Use TMC credentials to log in.
4. After successful login, select the ‘Trend Micro Account’ name on the upper right of the page and select ‘My Account’ from the drop-down menu.
5. On the ‘My Account’ page, click on the “Change password” option
6. The following page is displayed.
7. Enter your current password, followed by the new password and confirmation, and click "Save" to finish.
8. Sign out of the CLP and return to TMC to login.
