This issue manifests itself when certain Application Filters are activated within a policy set, with any flow control action (Block, Permit, Trust, Rate Limit). When the filter is incorrectly evaluated it causes the defined action to not be taken and notifications to not be sent.

There are no Security Filters affected by this issue.

Mitigations:

We have fixed the incorrect evaluation of the affected filters. This resolution will be included in the next TPS TOS release.

A mitigation can be applied now (before the next TPS TOS release) to resolve the incorrect evaluation of the affected Application Filters.
