This CA certificate was used before by the Cloud Pre-filter (CPF) and Time-Of-Click (ToC) features.

At present, the CPF server does not check the certificate anymore.
For the ToC feature, IMSVA now uses a GlobalSign CA's certificate.

As this certificate has been revoked and is not used anymore by any of the IMSVA's services, it can be safely removed.
