Views:
  1. Log on to the TMEMS web console.
  2. Go to Inbound Protection > Connection Filtering > Sender Filter.

  3. On the Blocked Senders tab, click Add.
  4. On the Specify Target Recipient window, specify the target recipient of the sender you want to add and click Next.
    • My organization – entire organization
    • Managed domain
    • Email address – specific recipient address in your managed domains
  5. Type the domain or email address and click Add.

  6. TMEMS validates the sender address before adding it to the list. Make sure that the email address format is correct:
    Valid Formats
    • name@example.com
    • name@info.example.com
    • name@*.example.com
    • name@*
    • *@example.com
    • *@server.example.com
    • *@*.example.com

    • name@info.*.example.com
    • name@example.com.*
    • *name@info.example.com

  1. Log on to the TMEMS web console.
  2. Go to Inbound Protection > Content Filtering.
  3. Click Add.
  4. On the Basic Information tab, enter the name of the Rule on the Name field.

  5. On the Recipients and Senders tab under the Recipients section, select the specific domain(s) and/or user you would like to apply the Rule.

  6. On the same tab under the Senders section, select the specific domain(s) and/or user you would like to apply the Blocked Rule.

  7. Go to the Scanning Criteria tab then select No Criteria.

  8. Go to the Actions tab, under the Intercept section, select Quarantine or Delete the entire message.

  9. Click Submit.
  10. A pop-up window will appear. Click OK.
