In TMEMS you may notice in the 'Message Tracking' logs that some mails are blocked for reason 'Sender blocked'.
This can be for two reasons:
1. The administrator has added the sender address to the global 'Blocked sender' list in the TMEMS admin portal.
2. User has added the sender email address to their own personal 'Blocked sender' list (End User Console).
- Log on to the Trend Micro Email Security web console.
- Go to Inbound Protection > Connection Filtering > Sender Filter.
- On the Blocked Senders tab, click Add or simply browse the list to check the existing blocked senders.
- On the Specify Target Recipient window, specify the target recipient of the sender you want to add and click Next.
- My organization – entire organization
- Managed domain
- Email address – specific recipient address in your managed domains
- Type the domain or email address and click Add.
- TMEMS validates the sender address before adding it to the list. Make sure that the email address format is correct:
