- Log on to the TMEMS web console.
- Go to Inbound Protection > Connection Filtering > Sender Filter.
- On the Blocked Senders tab, click Add.
- On the Specify Target Recipient window, specify the target recipient of the sender you want to add and click Next.

- Managed domain
- Email address – specific recipient address in your managed domains
- Type the domain or email address and click Add.
- TMEMS validates the sender address before adding it to the list. Make sure that the email address format is correct:
Valid Formats - name@example.com
- name@info.example.com
- name@*.example.com
- name@*
- *@example.com
- *@server.example.com
- *@*.example.com
Invalid Formats - name@info.*.example.com
- name@example.com.*
- *name@info.example.com

- Log on to the TMEMS web console.
- Go to Inbound Protection > Content Filtering.
- Click Add.
- On the Basic Information tab, enter the name of the Rule on the Name field.
- On the Recipients and Senders tab under the Recipients section, select the specific domain(s) and/or user you would like to apply the Rule.
- On the same tab under the Senders section, select the specific domain(s) and/or user you would like to apply the Blocked Rule.
- Go to the Scanning Criteria tab then select No Criteria.
- Go to the Actions tab, under the Intercept section, select Quarantine or Delete the entire message.
- Click Submit.
- A pop-up window will appear. Click OK.
