Register Deep Discovery Inspector to Network Inventory Service and connect to Service Gateway:

  1. Confirm that DDI is registered in TrendAI Vision One™:
    1. Log on to the TrendAI Vision One™ console and then on the Dashboard, go to Network Security Operations > Network Inventory.

    2. Go to the Connected Deep Discovery Inspector appliances tab and check if DDI is registered.

  2. Unregister DDI from DDD:
    1. Log on to the DDI web console and then go to Administration > Integrated Products/Services > Deep Discovery Director.
      DDI should integrate with Deep Discovery Director On-premises version.
    2. Click Unregister.

    3. A warning message appears. Click Unregister.

  3. Clear the Activation Code information of “Deep Discovery Director – Network Analytics as a Service”:
    1. Log on to the DDD web console and then go to Administration > License.
    2. Click Clear Activation Code Information under the Deep Discovery Director – Network Analytics as a Service section.

    3. Type “ANALYTICS” in the field and then click Clear.

  4. Reset Network Inventory in TrendAI Vision One™ console:
    1. Log on to the TrendAI Vision One™ console and then go to Network Inventory to make sure that there are no entries on this page.

    2. Click the option button on the right top of the window and then select Reset Network Inventory.

    3. Click Reset.
