Step 1: Log in to the CLP Portal

To get started, log in to the CLP Portal using your current Trend Micro Account and Password. If you are using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), be sure to continue using it to complete the login process.

Once you’ve logged in, navigate to the upper right-hand corner of the screen and click on User Account, and then select My Account.

Once you've updated your information and modified your 2FA settings (if necessary), click on the Continue button at the bottom of the Two-Factor Authentication Configuration page. Finally, scroll to the bottom of the My Account page and click on Save to retain your updated settings.
