To access the Web EUC for the first time:
Creating an EUC account through EUC website
- Create a new Web EUC Account using either of the following links:
- For North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific: https://euc.tmes.trendmicro.com
- For Europe and Africa: https://euc.tmes.trendmicro.eu
- For Australia and New Zealand: https://euc.tmes-anz.trendmicro.com
- For Japan: https://euc.tmems-jp.trendmicro.com
- For Singapore: https://euc.tmes-sg.trendmicro.com
- For India: https://euc.tmes-in.trendmicro.com
- For Middle East (UAE): https://euc.tmes-uae.trendmicro.com
- Open the email that you received that verifies your account was created.
- Click the activation URL link.
- Type the email address that you used when setting up the account.
- Type the password that you selected when creating the account.
- Click Log On.

Creating an EUC account through TMES console.
Note: Before adding local accounts for end users, make sure you have enabled local account logon for end users. For details, see Configuring local account logon.
Users can add EUC accounts by manually adding local accounts or by importing local accounts
To add a local account manually:
- Type the email address.
- Click Add. The email address will appear in the local account list below.

Belongs to one of the managed domains

Is a valid recipient of a managed domain when the recipient filter is enabled for the domain
To import local accounts:

Click Import.

(Optional) Click Download sample file to download the sample file for reference or import.

On the Import End Users screen, click Choose File... and select a CSV file that contains the end user accounts to import.
You can click Download sample file to download a sample CSV file for reference or use it to import accounts.
Make sure the CSV file meet the following requirements:

The file size does not exceed 1 MB.

The email addresses belong to the managed domains.

The email addresses are the valid recipients of a managed domain when the recipient filter is enabled for the domain.

Click Preview to preview the import result.

Click Import.
The email addresses imported successfully appear in the local account list below.
The email addresses will receive a password reset message for the local accounts. After the end users reset the password, they can use the accounts to log on to the End User Console.
