Integration Steps

  1. On the TrendAI Vision One™ Console, go to Inventory Management > Mobile Inventory to show the Mobile Security as a Service Dashboard.

  2. Select I have an MDM Solution, choose Workspace UEM (AirWatch), and then click the Start Trial button.

  3. Add the AirWatch API credentials on the respective fields, click the Authenticate button to verify the connection settings, and then select the Mobile Device OS platform (Android and iOS) then Save button.

  4. Once the connection is verified, select the Mobile Device platform (Android or iOS), then click Save.

  5. After the integration, you will see the dashboard which shows the list of mobile devices being managed by AirWatch.

Removing an existing MDM configuration

Existing MDM configuration for Mobile Security as a Service can be removed if needed. Follow the steps below:
  1. On the TrendAI Vision One™ Console, go to Administration > 3rd Party Integration. Select the Associated Apps for Mobile Security, then choose the existing MDM configured on the console.

  2. Click the Reset link on the bottom of the page, then click the Reset button to proceed.

  3. Confirm if the MDM Configuration was successfully removed by going to Inventory Management > Mobile Inventory to show the Mobile Security as a Service Dashboard.
