The SSO feature on the Trend Micro Apex Central console is only available to users with paid licenses.
The current design filters out complimentary AC when registering product ACs to Apex Central, therefore, the Trend Vision One tab cannot be accessed through the Trend Micro Apex Central console. However, users should still be able to access the Trend Vision One portal directly via CLP.
To access the Trend Vision One tab in Trend Micro Apex Central, users are required to have either of the following:
- Paid XDR Add-on license
- User's Trend Micro Apex Central account role is "Administrator"
