The SSO feature on the Apex Central console is only available to users with paid licenses.
The current design filters out complimentary AC when registering product ACs to Apex Central, therefore, the Trend Micro Vision One tab cannot be accessed through the Apex Central console. However, users should still be able to access the Trend Micro Vision One portal directly via CLP.
To access the Trend Micro Vision One tab in Apex Central, users are required to have either of the following:
- Paid XDR Add-on license
- User's Apex Central account role is "Administrator"
