The recommendation scan is failing due to timeouts. Even after changing default the timeout values in the DSM server recommended in the Deep Security Help Center article, same error persists. If you are using DSM in AWS with a load balancer setup, you need to adjust the idle timeout setting:
- Open your AWS console then go to EC2.
- Go to Load Balancing then choose Load Balancers.
- On the Description tab, check the Idle timeout value. If this is not yet set to 600 seconds, click Edit idle timeout and update it.
- Initiate the recommendation scan again on the DSM console.
