Currently, the proxy server configuration to yet to be added to the future Endpoint Basecamp installation.

To get started with the configuration, do the following:

  1. Download the Endpoint Basecamp from the TrendAI Vision One console.
  2. Open the command prompt. Run the command using the following format to apply the setting:
    • Format: "EndpointBasecamp.exe /proxy_server_port <proxy_server_ip_or_fqdn:port>"
    • Sample: "EndpointBasecamp.exe /proxy_server_port trendmicro.com:4345"

Will this work if the agent is already installed?

Yes. The command will still work to apply the proxy setting even if the agent has already been installed on the machine. Once the command is executed, the agent will be able to communicate with the TrendAI Vision One Server through the specified proxy configuration.
