Currently, the proxy server configuration to yet to be added to the future Endpoint Basecamp installation. To get started with the configuration, download the Endpoint Basecamp from the Trend Vision One console and run the Command prompt with input proxy to apply the setting. The command would still work even if the agent has already been installed on the machine.

  • Format: "EndpointBasecamp.exe /proxy_server_port <proxy_server_ip_or_fqdn:port>"
  • Sample: "EndpointBasecamp.exe /proxy_server_port trendmicro.com:4345"

The agent will now be able to communicate to the Trend Vision One Server through the proxy configuration.
