End users can control the contents of their own personal 'Blocked senders' list through the 'End User Console' (EUC) where they can add or remove sender email addresses as required.

The administrator can control the contents of both the Global 'Blocked senders' list but also the end users personal 'Blocked senders' list through the UI. They can also check whether a blocked sender has been added by the Administrator or by the end user themselves. Furthermore administrators have the ability to delete senders that were added by end users.
