O365 tenant can only be used on one CAS account. In order to proceed with provisioning the O365 tenant to a new CLP/LMPaccount, you may do the following:

  1. Perform basic troubleshooting:
    • Clear browser cache
    • Try to access the CAS web console in private mode or incognito.
    • Try to use another browser.
  2. Check if the Global Administrator account being used for the provision is associated with another CLP/LMP account or trial account.
    • If access to the old CLP/LMP account is available, deprovision O365 account from the old CLP/LMP account or trial account. Follow this documentation: Deprovisioning Services.
    • If the old CLP/LMP account is no longer accessible, contact Trend Micro Technical Support to help deprovision the O365 tenant from the old CLP/LMP account and provide the following details:
      • Old CLP/LMP LoginID
      • New CLP/LMP LoginID
      • O365 tenant/Global Administrator account
  3. Check if the old CLP/LMP account or trial account is still connected to the old Trend Vision One account. Follow this article to disconnect CAS from Trend Vision One: Connection instructions for Cloud App Security (CAS) to/from Trend Vision One.
