To address the issue, do the following:
- Open IIS Manager (inetmgr).
- Expand Apex One server hostname > Sites > OfficeScan > officescan > console > HTML > widget.
- Double-click the Handler Mappings option under the IIS section.

Locate the PHP_ZIP_VIA_FASTCGI. Right-click it then select Edit Feature Permissions.
If you do not see the PHP_ZIP_VIA_FASTCGI, as shown in the screenshot below, do the steps after it:

- Under Action pane, select Add Module Mapping... and enter the details as can be seen in the screenshot below.

- For the Executable (optional), browse to the location of the php-cgi.exe on your Apex One server.
- By default, it is located on …\Program Files (X86)\Trend Micro\Apex One\PCCSRV\PLM\PHP\php-cgi.exe.
- Once this has been added, please proceed to step 6 and verify step 7.
- Under Action pane, select Add Module Mapping... and enter the details as can be seen in the screenshot below.
- Select Read, Script and Execute > click OK.
- Log on to the Apex One web console and verify if the Dashboard is now working.
- Verify that the PHP_ZIP_VIA_FASTCGI now appears under the Enabled state.
