If you have enabled reject unknown sender domain, domains with no valid DNS records will be rejected. MTA event logs shows that novedz.com is rejected since it does not have a valid DNS records, as shown below:

[SOLUTION]

1. First Backup this file /opt/trend/imss/postfix/etc/postfix/imsa_sender_list

2. Edit the file /opt/trend/imss/postfix/etc/postfix/imsa_sender_list
Add a new line with the format "domain.com OK", and save the file.

3. Execute the two commands below for it to take effect.
