To address the issue, login to the CAS web console and do the following:

  • For expiring API integration:
    1. Go to Administration > Automation and Integration APIs
    2. Select the token and click Refresh.
    3. For more information, refer to this documentation.
       
  • For expiring Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection Integration:

  1. Go to Email and Collaboration Security > Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection > Administration > Automation and Integration APIs.

  2. Select the token and click Refresh.
  3. For more information, refer to this documentation.
  • For expiring ScanMail for Microsoft Exchange (SMEX) integration:
    1. Go to Administration > Service Account

      Admin2

    2. Select the token and click Remove.
    3. To re-register, follow this documentation.
