Cloud One License Migration

Ensure that you already have a Cloud One license from your new Cloud One tenant account as the Cloud One subscriptions and licensing are associated only with a single Cloud One tenant account. In simpler terms, to be able to operate in two regions you need two accounts with a separate subscription for each account.

Can I still perform the migration in my new Cloud One tenant account even with a trial license?

Yes, you can still migrate your old Cloud One tenant account to a new account using a trial license. However, it's recommended to get a new license subscription for your new Cloud One tenant account to avoid any problems with account deletion later on.
Please be aware that the trial license is valid for 30 days and can be extended for an additional 30 days. However, if your subscription expires and there is no active subscription for any Trend Micro Cloud One services, your account will be deleted 60 days after the original expiration date. Administrators will receive alerts on the Trend Micro Cloud One home page 30 days prior to the scheduled account deletion, prompting them to update to a valid subscription.
For more information about Cloud One licensing, please refer to the Cloud One Help Center article on Subscriptions and Billing.

Can I also migrate my license in my previous Cloud One tenant account to my new Cloud One tenant account?

If you wish to migrate the license from your old Cloud One tenant account to your new one, we recommend reaching out to your Trend Micro Account Manager or a Trend Micro Sales Engineer.
